After working on the Sutton Hoo excavations from 1987 to 1991, Helen Geake now works as an Anglo Saxon and early-medieval finds adviser to the Portable Antiquities Scheme in East Anglia, a post she has held for 25 years. Since 2005 she has been with ‘Time Team’ alongside Tony Robinson, working both as an expert and as a presenter, and has been closely involved in the recent re-boot of this popular tv series.
