Church Tourism
The church of St Peter and St Paul with St Edmund, Hoxne will be marking the grain harvest with a Lammas service at 6.00pm on 4 August, which is being organised in conjunction with the Addington Fund and its co-founder, the Reverend Canon Sally Fogden, who was previously the Agricultural Chaplain for the Diocese. There will be a tractor procession to the church ahead of the service, and a hog roast afterwards. For further details about the service, please contact the Revd John McCracken, vj.mccracken@nullgmail.com. The Addington Fund provides valuable support for farming communities in a variety of ways including affordable housing and disaster relief.
